SHIPPING
We are a family business shipping all orders from Brisbane, Australia. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2-4 business days of being placed. There may be a slight delay during peak or holiday periods.
Note that orders that contain pre-order items will be shipped when all items are in stock. Please place separate orders if you would prefer for in-stock items to ship quickly.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.
DOMESTIC
All standard domestic shipping is $10. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $175.
Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15 and free on orders over $225.
INTERNATIONAL
All standard international shipping is $25. Free shipping is available for international orders over $350.
Unfortunately we are not currently shipping to the United States due to increased tariffs.
