Returns
We want you to love your BY GEE pieces.
If you are not 100% in-love with your purchase, you can return any full priced items for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and exchanges are subject to availability.

Please note all returns are subject to the below conditions:
- Your original order number must be be provided as proof of purchase.
- Returns must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
- Returns will only be accepted of full priced products. Sale items can only be returned if faulty.
You can submit a return request through our returns portal. Simply follow the steps provided and submit your return for approval. Please note that refunds will only be processed after the returned order has been received; following this, it may take up to five business days to process.
FAULTY ITEMS
We do extensive quality control to ensure products meet our strict quality standards but if you believe you've received a faulty item please get in touch with us at hello@bygeethelabel to organise a refund or exchange.
