EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay.

Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, defective or not as described.

You may inspect and try on the goods as you would in a physical retail store. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Parents first, founders second

We’re Roisin and Zac — partners in life and business, raising three little ones in Brisbane, Australia.

BY GEE was born from a simple belief: kids’ clothes should be as practical as they are beautiful — and as kind to the planet as they are to the tiny humans wearing them.

We've worked together to build the kind of brand we couldn’t find: one that makes thoughtfully designed, ethically made clothing that holds up to real life, snack spills, grass stains, and midday naps included.

Every piece is crafted with intention, made responsibly, and gives back, because we believe magic belongs in every childhood.

This is clothing that feels good, looks good, and does good.

From our family to yours — welcome to BY GEE.

OUR VALUES

Quality that lasts.

We believe children’s clothing should be as resilient as the little ones who wear it. That’s why we use high-quality fabrics that are gentle on sensitive skin and designed to stand up to real life — from messy play to endless adventures. We never cut corners.

Comfort meets practicality.

Our clothes are made for movement, naps, and everything in between. We know kids need the freedom to explore the world around them — whether they’re in a car seat, on the playground, or snuggled up at home.

Ethically made, always.

We’ve carefully chosen manufacturing partners who share our commitment to ethical and sustainable production who have been certified for ethical and sustainable manufacturing from independent third-party auditors.

A community of modern parents.

Parenting is the most important job in the world, and you shouldn’t have to do it alone. We're building a community of thoughtful, supportive parents raising the next generation of kind, inclusive, and joyful kids. We respect children’s privacy, so you’ll never see faces in our marketing — just the magic of childhood, captured with care.

GIVE BACK MAGIC

We believe every child deserves a magical childhood — whatever that looks like. That’s why we’re committed to giving back to organisations that help bring joy, wonder, and support to families doing it tough. $1 from every order goes directly to causes that help make that magic possible.

Our charity partners

We believe every child deserves a magical childhood — whatever that looks like. That’s why we’re committed to giving back to organisations that help bring joy, wonder, and support to families doing it tough. $1 from every order goes directly to causes that help make that magic possible.

Our current charity partner is Children’s Cancer Institute, the only independent medical research institute in Australia wholly dedicated to curing childhood cancer.

Since out launch we have proudly donated to:

  • Eat Up: An organisation dedicated to bringing school lunches to vulnerable Australian kids who may otherwise go without
  • Very Special Kids: Victoria's only children's Hospice provides holistic palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions as well as tailored support for their families
  • Bears of Hope: An organisation dedicated to supporting families through the loss of a baby
  • Australian Multiple Birth Association: the leading national support organisation for families with twins, triplets or more.
  • The Gidget Foundation: Supports the mental health of expectant, new and potential parents with free specialised psychological therapy services.
